Célia Regina Nogueira
Full Professor of the Department of Internal Medicine in the Division of
Endocrinology and Metabology at The Medical School (FMB) of São Paulo State
University (Unesp), Botucatu Campus, Brazil. Dr Nogueira obtained her MD
degree at the Pontificial Catholic University of São Paulo and a training in Internal
Medicine and Endocrinology at Municipal Public Servants Hospital in São
Paulo. She has endocrinology clinical experience with a focus on thyroid
dysfunction. Head of the Laboratory of Genetic Basis of Endocrine
Diseases at the UNESP Experimental Research Unit. Advisor to the Dean of
Research at UNESP from 2019 to 2020.Treasurer of the Latin American Thyroid
Society (2019-2022).
