施秉银，西安交通大学第一附属医院院长、中国老年医学学会副会长，中国医师协会内分泌代谢分会副会长。1983年毕业于北京医学院，毕业后一直在西安交通大学第一附属医院工作，先后任内科、内分泌住院医师、副主任医师、主任医师。先后获1998年吴介平医学研究奖，2005年中国医师奖， 2011-2012年度卫生部有突出贡献的中青年专家，2013年全国五一劳动奖章， 2017年宝钢优秀教师奖，陕西“十年十大影响力”卫生人物榜、首届“西安之星”，2019年中国好医生。

Bingyin Shi. MD. graduated from Beijing Medical University in 1983 and has been working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University ever since. Now is the professor of the Department of Endoceinology,First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,  President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, vice President of endocrine and metabolism branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, vice chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Medical Doctor Association and chairman of endocrine and metabolism branch; Editorial board of THYROID、Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine、 Chinese Journal of Endocrine Metabolism, etc. He has been engaged in clinical work of thyroid diseases for 30 years, and has rich experience in thyroid fine needle puncture and cytological diagnosis.In recent years, a new theory of preventing Graves Disease by inducing immune tolerance has been proposed and verified in all animal experiments. He reported an animal model of Graves' disease first in China, and a rhesus monkey Graves' disease model first in the world.He has won the 1998 Wu Jie-ping medical research award, 2005 Chinese physician award, 2011-2012 young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions issued by the ministry of health, 2013 national May Day labor medal, shaanxi Top 10 influencers of the decade from 2004 to 2014 of health figures,2017 Baosteel excellent teacher award, 2018 the first “Xi’an Star”, 2019 China Good Doctor, 2020 National Model Worker.
